Lost Cosmonaut Thoughts: Lost In Space
64Lost In Space
I have an interest in the controversy of lost cosmonauts, and the mystery involved. I have several thoughts that I will share. Lost In Space, is just one of those.
Lost In Space
I crash landed here not long ago, but it feels like its been only a day.
It wasn't so long ago that I had just gone up in space, was given a heroes farewell, where I shined on high.
It was to me that it seemed to be, the longest goodbye.
Well, I've sailed the narrow ways of space, and the heavens on high.
I've seen all things come and go, it was always so hard.
To watch all the people still toil about, the unimportant things in life.
When you seem to be up high all alone, nothing is a big surprise.
When you're lost in space, and long forgotten, you just know its one big lie.
I've been around a long time now, I've seen the others pass by.
We've talked the talk, and done our “space walks” but never got the chance to say goodbye.
I think it's been long enough, the fuels gone dry, the days gone cold, so I was never told but found out when I died.
See it's all the same, even when you're up in heaven, least here I got to say goodbye.
When you're lost in space, and long forgotten, you just know its one big lie.
I never met the man, nor saw the gates to the city but I sure did I have a ride.
Now that I'm falling fast, and know the past, it's sure been a fun ride.
Though I've never was told, that the Earth grown cold, but at least I can say goodbye.
When I was lost in space, and long forgotten, I always knew it was one big lie.
At least now, I finally said goodbye, home.
